The Dominican Beast! At 23-1 Carlos Adames is one of the top Middleweights and ambidextrous fighters in the game today. His recent victory over Julian Williams was an impressive performance and he captured the interim WBC title in his prior fight. Adames is a methodical fighter who puts a steady amount of pressure on his opponents breaking them down round by round. This man is so underrated but he has the most common problem among many fighters, inactivity His defence in the fight with Sergey was very good and the top fighters don't seem to want any part of him

I would like very much to see this Dominican ( Platano Power ) 🇩🇴 against my countryman Christian Mbilli 🇫🇷 at 168lb ( Adames spoke about the idea of moving up if he did not have the fights he wanted at 160lb ). At one point i really wanted to see Brian Castaño 🇦🇷 vs Adames at 160lb ( Castaño did fought Derevyanchenko at MW for their Wsb bout ). There are so many good fights for Adames ! Janibek, Eubank Jr at 160lb Mbilli, Munguia, Berlanga, Plant at 168lb ...

He has a real OVERHAND left (because he is a southpaw). It starts at the shoulder and goes above the ear and then down in a slight arc. Image it as a reverse uppercut. Rare punch now a days, good to see. Canelo. also has a good real overhand punch.

That's right the Yamanaka highlight will be uploaded by Saturday, Tokuyama will be some time after that because I've got a new Pernell Whitaker and James Toney video dropping fairly soon. As for a new Moon highlight that's something that I've had on the back-burner for quite some time now I just need to actually get round to making it so expect that one at some point in the near future too.

Unifications are always what I want to see. I think after Adames defends his title he'll be fighting Hamzah Sheeraz as he's his mandatory #1.

I'll keep an eye on him, I've been turned off from 160lbs these last couple of years with how the division has run and the fights we've missed out due to belt politics and tv 'wrong side of the street' nonsense you hear from these stablehouse partisans.
