We're going to step up our Barra-powered MX5 to the next level and to do that we need to fit a bigger turbo, and some better engine management.

Dam that thing is gunna motor!! If the rear hooks too hard, you're gunna need wheely bars. last thing you want is it going skywards to quickly & to high, coz coming down is gunna hurt. Waiting with baited breath for fridays video. We said we wanted you too keep the Mazda & go for 8's, and I see this thing heading deep into the 8's all going to plan. Good luck with it Scotty.

It’s always a good day when I see Scotty fitting some boost adders to a car (especially when it’s to my fave of his cars) the MX5 is going to be a serious piece of kit 😁

Scotty turbo capable of 1400 Hp but we won’t go there Hmmm into the 8s then scotty will say how far can we push it as the adrenaline kicks Bigger injectors (x16) Full sent flat 8s maybe 7.999 with the right run and scotty dose the crazy happy dance See this coming if future episodes of full send scotty More power baby 🙂🙂🙂👍🏻🙂

Do some calculations on the actual open area of the turbo inlet screen, it restricts the inlet more than you would think. Usually the supplier of raw material has the spec. A better screen would be tube shape rather than a flat. However, there needs to be some supporting structure so it does not collapse.

hold on for your life Scotty. this will one of those life (and underwear) changing experiences. with that kind of power you might need some wheelie bars so it doesn't do backflips like those little toy dogs that go woof woof then backflips. lol.

Great video once agen hate to be the barra of bad news 😀 but I highly doubt you will get 300 rwkws out of that turbo expectations are too high I think you will get around 650 rwkws out of that barra turbo set-up keen to see how she go's
