You know every time you go on a cruise one of the topics that is announced throughout the ship is never thrown anything overboard. This rule is not to piss off passengers but is a rule to not only keeps the birds away from the ship by feeding them and then leaving their marks afterwards but for safety as well. Rules are made not for your inconvenience but for your safety.

1. Number one rule on any cruise is do not throw anything off the ship. 2. If you don't have formal attire and don't want to feel underdressed, eat at the buffet.

I was on a boat ( yes a boat not a ship). On a smaller lake once and seen one seagull. Tossed one French fry out and within minutes it was like the movie the birds. We were swarmed. Lol. I'll never toss food to birds again anywhere.

In a world full of so much hate and sadness, please don't stop the little bit of humor so many of us get to see. The Cruising Community is supposed to be a happy one. As a dad and now, a grandpa I feel pretty confident in closing with this, I'm sure your dad is pretty darn proud of you and all you accomplished in your life.

Boo hiss on the lady feeding the birds, or any wild animals. They were on a cruise, they already knew that ahead of time. Also, it’s just common sense that animals in the wild should never be fed.

Formal night- it’s changed so much through the years!! You can usually tell about the dress by walking to the elevator and the dining room and see most dressed their best! I remember that even the buffet on Royal would not allow shorts at dinner!

We were in Long Beach leaving out on a cruise I was feeding the birds from my balcony when a booming loud speaker told me and anyone who could hear Don't feed the birds. With my new information I stopped feeding the birds and went up to the lido deck.

This is my resolution to the dress code. When you book your cruise choose dinning room 1 for formal wear, dinning room 2 for casual wear or dining room 3 for shorts T-shirt etc. everyone would be happy. 😊

It depends on the person re judgement. Formal night, we don’t go all out. Husband and son might wear a collared short sleeve shirt and my daughter and I will put on a dress but not fancy by any means. We like to relax on our cruises, dressing up isn’t what we’d consider relaxing.

I am a Red Cross volunteer and a Registered Nurse. Last Septemeber while volunteering at the Maui disaster I had to use the ER in Maui. I guarantee you my bill before insurance was more than $2000 dollars. Cruisers always make sure you have insurance. Blessings to all.

The Bliss is a huge ship! How could anyone get seasick while on it. On our first Alaska cruise in 1994, we ran into some extremely rough weather after leaving Sitka. A drinks cart got away from a server and smashed into a wall. They were giving out sea sickness medication to any who wanted it. We didn’t need any. Things were fine by the next morning. That was on NCL Windward, also the last cruise of the season

When it comes to clothing my philosophy is I'll do me, you do you do. As long as there actually are clothes involved, of course.

Just got back from Alaska cruise on the carnival lumanosa . Great ship. The crew was extremely great and helpful. The ship was very quiet, great food and shows.
