The first month that the project is up, the pattern will be free. Once the next month's pattern and video are posted, the previous pattern will get moved into my pattern shop for you to purchase. This month, I'm sharing the Creative Grids Flying Geese Trim Tool. This is a great ruler for making Flying Geese blocks!

It is pretty magical! I love that it can be used for more than one method of making flying geese, too! 🥰

Great video! I don’t have this tool but really like the ability to trim to the perfect size and having the option to do one at a time of 4 at a time is fantastic! Definitely will be ordering this ruler - thanks again!

It is a great ruler and I love that it can be used for both four-at-a-time and one-at-a-time flying geese!

What if you want to make a smaller FG block, can you cut the block down?

The template has instructions for lots of different sizes of FG blocks, so it may already have the size you need right on there. Flying Geese blocks are pretty specific - they are twice as wide as they are tall - so, 1.5" x 3", or 2" x 4"...
