Yes but if you pay attention an note the sodium content in what you have been eating you can reduce an shift over to foods that are lower in sodium an start improving you know little by little 🙂👍

Unfortunately in my country earing healthy is very expensive and so is health care. I can't even afford my kidney disease. Heck I haven't been to a dentist in a decade because no one in my family can afford it. Except for free health care for kids but not a kid anymore.
Definitely need to work on most of that. No spicy foods for me thanks. lol.

Yes we do need sodium. I've had to have Potassium pumped into me for 8 hours straight at the Hospital. Cause I wouldn't eat salt. They are talking about, junk foods, premade foods etc to cut down or out of your diet. That is the wrong salt to have.

MSG has only 30% sodium per 1 gram which is the same amount as the low-sodium version salt i can buy at supermarkets
