Your life force is the only valuable thing you have on Earth. You are not held accountable for how much you buy, but why you bought it. You are not held accountable for what you did, but why you did it. There are no secrets in the universe - in the energetic world. All is transparent. Everything is known. Every single choice you make and why you're doing it. So you can deny your motives, for example, even to yourselves. But it's a laugh because the truth is always known, which is why all the great teachers have always said the truth will set you free.
I deeply believe that your Light is your life force. It is the fuel that we direct into every choice we make. It is what we call energy until we are conscious enough of its power to realize that this Light within is, at its more evolved state, the essence of the Divine.

I drove a limousine for 6yrs and whenever I drove without a passenger I’d play her DVD’s.. it was the best thing to be imprinted with these great teachings while on the move .. she anchored me then I moved onto Mooji Sadhguru and many many others.. I was never jealous of others and made shure not to manipulate anyone, but rather support if possible. But I put too much pressure on myself and instead of looking after my own life, gave away to much if my energy. Now I am exhausted, physically and psychologically, ME/CFS and Fibro knocks me out. Modern life with e-smog sucks the rest of my energy

Around 30+ years ago , at the underside of this globe a well- meaning friend took me to a meeting of about 15 people, who sat in someone's living room, looking at an old, small TV screen, onto which was shown an old- fashioned video cassette. It was a talk of a young Caroline Myss, oacing on a platform speaking about the Anatomy of the Spirit. I was blown away! It was my birthday. What a gift! I ordered her books ( had to wait for weeks for them to arrive.) Thank you Carolyn, for your precious gifts and sharing them with us!

WOW! I’ve been searching for a physical person in my area for real spiritual teachings & here you are online! I could not understand you some years earlier in life, but this I’m understanding all too well! I hope I can get there (LIGHT) from here (the weight of DENSITY.) I’ve never heard these things said, before, so I could understand them. Oh! ⚡️ Some of this is similar to Native American teaching! Now I get both! As they are complimentary & complete each other! I truly believe that we can decide, as long as we don't limit ourselves to the symbols we are using while we "picture" what we want. Those symbols (eg: a specific person, place, thing , or situation) as they are simply helping you to reach a frequency of excitement, which is a frequency that will attract something of a similar frequency to you. Now I may understand this, putting it in practice consistently is still a work in progress. The world outside of our "self" is a neutral, effectively meaningless land of Forms that we give our meaning to creating our unique experience of it .

Amen, Amen , Amen - and I must have made “safe “ choices more than I “know “ ; in spite of me knowing and speaking and trying to practice as much as I could - this truth Carolyn is speaking to - Did I say NO to violent movies and video games when why son ( now 49) was growing up - ??!! And now his male children and female ( young adults ) offspring in varying degrees are doing same - and I am forwarding this to him- But it fightens me as having allowed these forces to “get hold of “ our children - deserves the horrible consequences that will come down - into present and future - say nothing about Columbine and all the other deeply distressed young people that have been abandoned and betrayed by our and our parents ‘ neglextiful and purposeful mistakes will express . I think you answered your own question as to why a particular woman had to make it known to people she barely knew that she attended an incest survivors support group. Your telling of that story made me think of you as a "get over it already" person. I found the online sites of dissidents to be healing for me because they were meeting me where I was at as well as educating me. They also acknowledged how the situation affected them emotionally which was a powerful connection point. The individuals have died in the last few years. Maybe they finished up what they came here to do.

@CarolineMyssSpiritualDirection since i pick up other people anger, sadness, etc. & know it, I am able to easily release it, and there can be a great Peace in that which I have no words to explain. But...how can I know when I’m picking up others’ emotions, thoughts, when they maybe similar to mine & compounding my own, leading to this “bleeding of E?” Sometimes I think I’m picking up others joy, because it feels like it’s all one! I’m wondering how I’ve made it so far with the thoughts I’ve had over the past 10 years! Why would the Universe show this to me NOW?? To look into that State of Grace & Prayer of Protection? Or just to show me the big mess I’ve made?? (You are so right ...I’d doesn’t help to just pitch one’s tent & say, “I quit!” I didn’t know the extent of this till now!) So...thanks bunches for this understanding. EYES WIDE OPEN NOW! - Cynthia (I can’t believe I just found Entering the Castle in my books about 15 Monique’s after making this comment. Time to get reading!)

Detachment does not mean that it is needed to lecture a man who just went through tremendous suffering with such harshness. I think Job needed to understand the reason why he suffered as to ease his pain. A harsh superior attitude that says that Job has no right to question the reason does not sit well with me. It was as if God was offended by being questioned by Job and took out those feelings on Job by being harsh.
