My name is Carolyne Njoki Ng'ang'a. Am 29 years old, a freelance writer and I live with primary focal hyperhidrosis. Her #MYHHSTORY is a story of hope, courage and inspiration hence it’s relatable.
HAK LTD PRESENTS #MYHHSTORY - LIVING WITH HYPERHIDROSIS - 2020 HYPERHIDROSIS EXPERIENCE. The goal is to share our experiences with the world to inspire and encourage people living with Hyperhidrosis to know that they’re not alone, there are treatments (non-invasive) for Hyperhidrosis and most important of them all they should never give up in life.
To break the Stigma you must educate those around you.

This was amazing...thanks for being a voice to all of us here who have hyperhidrosis....i used to think i was alone in this growing up..worse still was the fact that our Kenyan doctors have little or no knowledge on the condition...as we grow older research has really helped and self acceptance actually helps....my biggest challenge is people always believing you have anxiety

I wish my country Rwanda had some people who talk about it but many people even my family thinks I worry too much . I am sweating so much that I wrote this comment 10 minutes but thank u for describing my whole life I think it's copy paste . this is really helpful.

I can relate,😅😅😅 just see a doctor for oxybutynin or botox but oxybutynin is cheaper.

Thank God i came across this video.. I thought i was alone in this, i am actually sweating while writing this comment..the amount of insecurities one feels due to hyperhidrosis is enormous.
