Thank you, you don't know how much it will help me. My face is like some glacier doesn't stop sweating at all whenever I go out. Then my face becomes dark, red and I feel so embarrassed to even talk to anyone.

Hey guys am from Africa..I sweat like hell too..there are medications I boughr from Canada. It has ward off my sweating 100%. You should try it. Also in India there is a package that can help you guys.

You were great...applying talc om underarms especially prickly heat powders greatly help in controlling underarm odour...using prickly heat powder for more than 10 years and it does wonders

You should get a deodorant that says antiperspirant because that’s what you need a deodorant just masks the smell but the sweat is still there but an antiperspirant blocks the sweat gland from producing sweat

@@sohaibmumtaz4797 well I too have hairs all around by body like you. Even when keep my phone in pocket the side which makes contact with the body becomes a little wet. Ex like the finger print sensor on the back of the phone 😂 I think it's because of the hair or maybe it's because I have a naturally heat body.

Yes, same here. When I eat spicy or hot food, immediately will get sweat from scalp so much and literally drops falls from the head.

I sweat a lot. I shower 2 times a day even in cold weather because I always get uncomfortable to my sweat. I also change my tshirt 3 to 4 times a day. My mother always encourage me to eat rich potatium food to keep my energy high because I get tired sweating even though Im just sitting locked up in my house. My sweating problem started a year ago ang I already lose 12kg of weight and im little scared because my weight barely reached average to my age and if my sweating problem countinue, I my lose more weight.

I stopped my chest from sweating by saving the water I drank during an exercise until the end of the exercise. I did HIIT on a treadmill and tricked my body into loosing weight. But also I drank water while doing it too. So now I stopped sweating all the time. I hope that helped. Also drinking a lot of milk to help my digestive system.
