This guy is a good reporter. Every interview I watch he does a real good job making the athletes/coaches comfortable. It really just goes to show, be professional ask the right questions you get good interesting answers.

Lot of hate on Rory. Why? Okay, she's obviously fairly pretty. Bad form to dump her the way he did, sure. Other than that, we know nothing about their relationship. To me, the prima facie evidence is that she's too much of a public personality (tweeting, hanging out with Serena Williams) for him and he prefers his privacy and disdains celebrity. The fact that she was in Sports Illustrated's swimsuit edition (more than once, I believe) makes me think he made the right decision. Total exhibitionist move on her part and I would never want to be with someone who would do something like that.

I like Rory a lot as a player but now I see as a man....he's got a long ways to go and is still a child in many ways. It's a rotten human being to do that with no warning and over the phone like a world class loser. What you give out always comes back to you, so good luck.

For sure man, I'm from Ireland and was in Boston in September - November in 2015 and I actually saw him walking with his girlfriend at the time (now wife) near the prudential tower. I casually said "Oh, Rory" and he just stared at me with the dirtiest look on his face and said "Yeah???". I thought with the Irish accent he may actually be sound to me but nah he put on the posh act and looked down at me. Dunno what his story is but I would never associate myself with him if I ever became well know or famous.

@@freshday7 I don't know my friend. I'm sorry he didn't live up to the standards we thought we saw in him but really....we're all just human beings trying to make it in this up-side down world. My favorite player in the world is Jordan Spief that is the just what I think he is. I think that autistic sister he has has helped to make him the kindest man in all of golf much less the other sports that have nothing but punk thugs in them. I still like Rory, but I hope he becomes a bit like Arnold Palmer that loved everyone. I met him twice at the Masters and he's the real deal. All the best to you.

I remember around this time ... Rory slept in for a President's Cup match .... The match STARTED IN THE AFTERNOON.
