Thanks for a fantastic video! Very detailed and doing it slowly so that a beginner like myself can pick up the lessons. I am an American who is going to give carp fishing a try as there are too many carp in America and very few people fish for them.

If you moisten the line when you tighten the knots it’s better and stops putting line under too much tension when you pull, this guy should be showing that as well

Great vid...except for your lead clip set up. That lead won't disengage from the clip. Ramming the tail rubber all the way over the clip creates too much friction. In the event of a mainline failure, that carp will be dragging that lead around and it won't separate. Over time, the rubber will fuse itself into the plastic, making it even harder to dislodge. only engage the tail rubber half way. It'll still do its job, but the lead can still be ejected. Check out Matthew Collins' vid on lead clip mistakes to see what happens

Find it funny how you care about the fish dragging the lead around if the mainline snaps... Don't you try to hook that same fish with the sharpest thing in the world causing so much pain to them??!

This tail rubber debate only matters to lake fishing. When fishing in lakes the fish have been caught loads of times and they use the tail rubber and lead to fling it out of there mouth. While fishing on a river you want to ram the tail rubber on because of flow and the fish is stronger and you don't have to worry about it flinging the hook out. Plus your argument about the lead dragging on the floor is wrong the hook will rust out long before that lead causes any damage and the fish with most likely learn to fling it out river or lake carp

The second Rig ist a safety Bolt Rig, no running Rig...correct me, If i am wrong😉

And it's not that safe, either. In the event of a mainline failure, that lead isn't going anywhere, because the rubber sleeve's shoved on so tight to the clip that the lead can't drop it off. You're only meant to slide the sleeve only just over the clip end, so the lead can drop off.
