may i know can we shot the coins on the arrow?

With the international rules played in all the federations part of the International Carrom Federation, we can play the coins touching the arrows, thumbings (backshots) and also the coins touching your base line. The traditionnal rules didn't allow that few decades ago, and indians changed that because of too many rules differences among the areas and countries; and also to accelerate the games for competitions.
