New Carrom Practice Exercices played and edited by Pierre

First exercice is much practiced in Sri Lanka, the other one on both sides i found it on the ukcf website, there are few other diagrams explaining how to practice in carrom.
And the last one was invented by i don't know who, but i think a player from Toulouse Carrom Club in south of France.
I hope you'll like them.

Hi,it is a nice video. In INDIA we used to pay one different type of game named "Business" In this game the rules are 1)Two or Four players can play this game. 2) 1 black coin = 5points ,1 white coin = 10 points,1 red coin = 25 points 3)We can pocket any coin 4)once we started pocketin the coins and once we reach 15 points ,In the next turn we can buy the areas in the carrom board. a) Arrow circle price = 15(1white and 1 black) you need to keep the black and white in the centre circle and buy the cirlce.Once you buy this,then afterwards while playing if any coin comes and stays in the circle which you bought,then it will be yours. b) base line price = 25 points(2 white,1black or 5 black) c)base/opposite pockets price = 50(who ever pockets the carrom in this pocket then it will be yours Suppose if you have 35 points and u want to buy a pocket then u can sell your arrow to other and get the 15 points and buy the pocket. we have to buy the things in the above order only(a,b,c) Advantages: 1) As the game progresses you have to be very accurate in pocketing,otherwise u can misplace some coins in the opposite person arrows.base lines or pockets and the coins will be theirs, 2)if u find difficult in pocketing any carrom then u can try to put the coins in the place where u bought. 3) If will improve your defensive skills and it will be good in the real games. Thanks alot :) one more rule in this game is u should have the exact coins to buy,i.e, for buying a arrow circle we should have 1 white and 1 black if we have 2 whites then we cannot buy a arrow circle.Due to this first we try to pocket the white,and then black

Hi, thanks 🙏 If you put your striker and 1,2,n number of your coins in, 2,3,n+1 coins will have to come out as due but you keep your turn 😉

I really like the cooperative carrom rule. Could you please explain, how to play this with two or three players? Who wins the game? Did you have to count the coins? Thank you!!!

Hi, it's cooperative carrom so when you play this rules with several players, all are together and try to finish by pocketing all the coins by reaching the contracts fixed at the beginning. The contracts can be different for each player depending on each ones level. In this game we loose if all the coins are taken out and more would have to come because we didn't succeed to reach our contracts. I hope it's clear 😊

Pierre, please help. I am unable to release the striker properly. Either it goes too fast or does not reach the coin at all. I am nervous.

Carrom Pierre Should I tap my foot while releasing the syriker? I tried it today. It is quite working . I fear this habit may become permanent. What is your opinion?

@@Besura_moto do you have a locking grip? If not, I suggest you to try changing to a locking grip. This will help solve your problem.

Hi, you have to get maximum relaxed and confident with your grip...Maybe by practicing alone, single pocketings, relax your fingers, your hand, your body and mind with deep breathings, and it will come naturally....there's no mystery, only good and constant practice, adjust your grip if necessary....your problem happened to me also, i changed several times my grip to feel more confortable.
