Carrot and Celery Soup | Celery Soup Recipe

Lovely soup but why must all recipes shoe every veg being chopped, just say chop I onion & so on

@MaryFood_2021 yes sorry , a spelling mistake .I wonder why all these cooks need to show every veg being chopped just for instance say say 1 onion chopped etc ,no need to show you chopping each veg
