* Carrot (ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್, गाजर) - 3/4 kg, grated
* Milk (ಹಾಲು, दूध) - 1 cup
* Jaggery (ಬೆಲ್ಲ , गुड़) - 3/4 cup, grated
* Mawa (ಕೋವ, मावा ) - 100 gram
* Mix dry fruits (ಒಣ ಹಣ್ಣು, ड्राई फ्रूट्स ) - 3 tbsp (almonds, cashes, pista)
* Raisins (ಒಣದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ, किशमिश) - 1.5 tbsp
* Elaichi (Cardamom) powder (ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ, इलायची) - 1/2 tsp
