Yes it does. Gear will only help if you put the work in. Many folks.dont seem to get that. Gear will only add 5 to 10% mass. Diet and training are still 90% of it all.

@@crixusthenorman1603 I'm not saying you are wrong, just that I would explain it differently. The roids don't do all the work, but the person sees noticable gains they didn't have before. Because they see results, they train more often and feed into it. It kinda becomes a self fulfilling circle, right? So even if it is 5-10%, that person is still training way more because of what they see in the mirror.

He said he was working out about 3 hours a day? He also said he's doing shows 6 nights a week I think? So it was basically eat, sleep, work out then do a show. Guess he had the time but pulling off 3 hour straight workouts requires 94 octane. His physique looks enhanced. Think he also mentioned that he's 145 ish lbs. Went up to 190 and lean?!?!?!? LMFAO

@@MrJjburgess11 I agree. I have lifted for many years and paid attention to the different studies about muscle gain and the like. And he said in there that he lifted heavily for about 2 years, and he was big early on in that 2-year span. So he achieved those results very quickly, and he was no spring chicken, and if you been in the gym enough over the years, you know that you are not going to get those kind of results that quickly unless you are a genetic freak. And it's what all the stars are doing nowadays. We see people like Sean Penn, Sylvester Stallone, and on and on, are bigger now than they ever were in their prime. I mean, how is Sylvester Stallone beefier now than when he was in Rocky 3, and he's over 70 years old? Just sayin

In modern society starting in the 80s The press and media rallied the public and put a stigma on steroids. So much that today it has become a trigger word for most people. And they did this with a lot of things. Not just steroids. And they did so by putting out a lot of disinformation. They blamed heavy metal music for people commiting suicide and shooting up schools. They blamed eggs for people's bad cholesterol while promoting drinking a ton of milk was the best thing ever. They blamed cannabis for a whole heap of things that weren't true. They made MSG out to be the worst thing ever. (It's the reason Popeyes and Chick fil A is so delicious) They said that if you take one hit of crack you would instantly be addicted and immediately start blowing people on the streets for crack. And we could write 5 books on all the disinformation about things that they spread out to the public. Truth is everything has the ability to be abused and can potentially be dangerous or deadly. All these big dudes that put up the "I'm number one" finger and smile and speak out like they don't fuck with steroids. They are all liars. And the people that put them up to these campaigns know they are lying. It's an agenda. The Rock tries to portray himself as an All American clean living natural giant and a specimen of physical health. Truth is. Nobody becomes that big without steroids. Nobody. And just like drinking water and working out. Everything has the potential to be either beneficial or abused and harmful. If the word "steroids" instantly makes you think of bad things it's because you've been conditioned to do so. There's tons of people that wouldn't even be alive if it wasn't for steroids. And there is a lot less people that died from abusing them. There's nothing wrong with steroids. Until you're abusing them. Just like water.

@@cormacthem8406 you'd be amazed how big you can stay if you get off steroids and still workout. You won't be as big of course, but once you get jacked on gear you can maintain about 60-80% of that without more gear. I had a ton of friends who did that in college. Thing is, the gear is addicting. And who wants to maintain 60-80% of where you can be when you can maintain 100%+ by blasting a 12 week cycle twice a year?
