I find this really nasty when you do it on purpose. If you accidentally caught such a puddle then it is also stupid but ok you can do nothing for. But if you do it on purpose it is really mean. The people may go for a walk with the mother or have an appointment and already have to endure the bad weather and then make such idiots sitting in their warm car yet such a nasty action. This is really disrespectful and stupid. If they were outside they would not want to be made wet!
