The reason a lot of people like the game is cause there was a story line of cutscenes. You only did the first story mode level.

I never really beat this game as a kid. I just enjoyed driving around Radiator Springs and occasionally encountering glitches, like McQueen falling through the ground. It may not have been the best game, but it was enough to entertain little kid me.
