We had the pleasure of visiting Cartagena, Colombia on the last week of March (2024). We got to the city excited to get to know more of the Colombian culture, and the history of the place. On the first day we were able to explore and take pictures near our Airbnb in Getsemani, watch the sunset from a stone walled restaurant 𝓒𝓪𝓼𝓪 𝓭𝓮 𝓵𝓪 𝓒𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓮𝔃𝓪, then immediately went to the walled city to enjoy the vibes of the city. Next day, we were able to go to 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲 (first free town of Enslaved Africans of the Americas). On Third day we had a peaceful day pass in ​Makani Luxury Beach Club in Tierra Bomba Island ​and danced in Taboo disco club at night. On our last day, we visited San Felipe de Barajas Fort and a few other last minute places before heading to Bogota.
