I lived in an apartment complex and wasn't allowed to change my oil on the property so I would take my 2000 Mustang GT to Wal-Mart. In hindsight I know it was a bad idea. They had just finished my oil change i went to leave and my oil light came on, not only did they not fill my cars oil they also didn't put the drain plug in or put the new filter on. That was 19 years ago and I've NEVER trusted another person to do work that I can do myself.

I wasn’t getting mugged, but on a night out I got in an argument with some guy and he tried starting a fight. He took his shirt off, and not being keen on fighting I just said “oh, we’re undressing are we?” And dropped my trousers and pants. The look of confusion on his face was priceless. We didn’t fight.

As someone who covers 150,000km per year across Europe in a 2004 1.9 TDI PD Octavia, your suggestion is spot on. If you find one with the A3 rear end (they exist but are rare) and the 130hp, you can have a lot of fun on mountain roads and narrow back roads.

I think in general Jack's opinion is fairly accurate. A lot of cars look cleaner and sleeker w/out a spoiler. There are some cases where the car just looks naked though. I'm gonna take the rover metro for example, as I have one sitting in front of me. The GTi and other higher-end models had a spoiler on the rear hatch. The lower models look outdated and unfinished without it.

Thanks for the content and laughs! The Sentra at 5:03 is the 2.5L SE R 6sp manual. I sold one when I was a car dealer. It's the hotrod 175hp version of a boring econo-box. But, the one I sold had been tuned to a little over 222HP. Sadly, the guy I sold it to, told me it caught on fire after he drag raced it. So, I sold him a WRX.

I'm put off working on my car. I took the airbox out for som tutu because I was bored. Dropped a 10mm, needle nose plyers and the ratchet extension onto the undertray. Fun times getting those back out.

mate i feel ya on the e36 alarm problem though for me it happened on my e46 the way i solved it was pulled out the senors one by one until it stopped doing it basically try pilling the hood sensor if it start sounding reconnect it and pull out another one until you figure out which one it is for me it turned out to be the hood one then i just replaced it never had a problem since

I tried test driving the car, but the previous owner didn't want me to, I can certainly see why now, but I was buying the car as a shitty track beater to teach myself how to drive manual anyways, as this was my first car purchase, so I wasn't extremely concerned by the state of it, as long as it ran and drove, though the clutch thing was horrendous. Legit at 40kph in 6th you would go straight to redline, horrible. I got a massive torch and finally replaced the control arms, brakes, and a few other things, but sadly before I could do the clutch I had to move and so I sold the car to the scrap yard. I absolutely am a car guy as I have a deep love of all things 4 wheeled and fun, and was stopped by the police not for doing anything illegal, but because the officer saw the bad tires and the whole towing thing ensued.

23:25 damn this reminds me of the time that my friend was doing his drivers license test, he has a twin sister and another one 2 years younger, he out of the 2 passed and texted me that he passed and I congratulated him, then LITERALLY 3 HOURS LATER, he texted me that he had very, very bad news. I was like damn you passed how bad. Yeah he flipped the car, with the whole family in it. Grandma and everything (it’s a 2016 Dodge Durango so 7 seats) Ethan it could be a lot worse...

I had a 2016 accord base model (new then) and after doing some interior lights, tint, led bulbs through out I had a deer basically hit me in the front driver fender headlight area. It was still drivable and I did so as the body shop waited for parts. The DAY BEFORE I dropped it off, I hit a deer and did near identical damage to the front passenger side. It got all fixed and ended up about $14k damage on a $25k car (near totaled). Less than a couple months later I rolled it and did well over the value of the car in damage. Ask me how I roll a sedan that sits relatively low and is sports, and how high my insurance is. I’ve also got a couple crazy stories from my Del Sol ending with me driving into water on a flooded back road and getting so cold I started to try to build a fire on the roof of the car. That’s COLD.
