Well why would you go through a process just to end up not showing up...this was not a very thought out process on the petitioner. I’m glad case is dismissed cause that would be unfair for one to be served and show up and the other not show up and still have to pay child support when custody and expenses are shared. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤓

Courts should mail the plantiffs that don't show up a bill of the court costs just for wasting time and taxpayers money. So people would think twice doing this unless they want to pay $1000+ in court costs
