@@janewolf4541 6 pounds is generally the upper limit a non regularly competitive eater/hyper obese person could stretch their stomach out to with training and practice. Thats why most challanges are set to that weight. No point just slinging ten pounds of food knowing full well four pounds of it is guarenteed to be going in the bin unless one of the top 5 eaters in the world comes in having a good day.
