The whole challenge was tough! 😝 lol you’re right though there were definitely some tough parts and I realized I had to eat those first. Overall though they did a really good job grilling a steak that size!

Yeah I really had to put effort in to get my stomach capacity up 😮‍💨 My biggest adjustment was only eating one meal a day (massive dinner) Once a week I’d do a gallon water chug (see video, cannot recommend because it’s apparently very very dangerous) Then each weekend I’d either attempt a local food challenge or have a “max meal” where I’d eat to my fullest and weigh all solids and liquids to see my progress 😷 It was a fun journey and I had a blast going to new locations with my friends to take on new challenges! My starting advice would be following major food challenge channels like Randy Santel and visiting his website foodchallenges.com linked in my video subscription. Happy eating! 🥩

Oh and I chewed gum every day! Usually between 1-2 hours so jaw fatigue wouldn’t be a issue, seems it’s really good for your facial structure 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes they offer a substitute side dish if you have an allergy to shrimp.
