It's been worse lately. He changes it up often enough, but what ARE the rules there? 3 seconds? 30 seconds? 15 seconds and fair game? I don't know, films have to pay out the 9's for a beach boys track to be used for a minute...i don't care per say, but just some clarity here would be nice.
