The one thing I really enjoy is that if I need to turn my light on I can, where as when it is glowing you can't simply turn it off and the glow affect with fade away with time. Cool modification though, just seems a bit unnecessary in terms of a watch.

Why the hell it would loose any water resistance? U open watch 20 times and then close it, and place gaskit at its place, then no problem. Watch can be opened, close and worn and modified, and still it will have perfect water resistance if gaskit is OK
