How to save the time and date. Open the seal under the unit. Press the time for three seconds. Enter the minutes and hours. Then enter the month and year. Press set. Then press time twice.

What size or the ink rollers? Where did you get them?

Thermal printing doesn't use ink. Paper size is 58 x 80 mm. Ebay or Amazon.

Same here, nor add, you get some total way off. I've had it a while months and finally quite trying for awhile. tried it today totally worthless for me. I've had it too long to take back

Canon works the same. Way to do it is: 10 + 3 - = 7

You need to type the number first then (-). It took me a minute as well. So 100 +50 +25- * 125 The subtraction symbol is after the number. Strange I know. Give it a try.

I got mine at Wal-Mart 2 days ago it was 40 bucks , the instructions suck , i had to watch videos to set clock time & date and taxes

The instructions MIGHT have told you how to remove the clear window but you have to READ them, not throw them away.

there is a slot below where the paper comes up thru...put it in the slot push the feed button & it will come thru
