Whether it's mechanical or quartz, hailing from Japan, Germany, Switzerland, a luxury brand, or a a micro brand, I'm open to giving almost any watch a chance to make its mark. Fashion brands excluded, of course. If a watch impresses me, I won't hesitate to add it to my collection. So, while I acknowledge that some enthusiasts may scoff at quartz movements, and others might insist Swiss watches are the only way to go, I'm here to tell you that you might be missing out.
