It's definitely a filter. You can see it when she goes close to the camera. Like when she's applying her eyebrow makeup - she leans in close and you can see the texture above her eyebrows. Then she leans away and it's super bright and blurred.

Hi Cassandra, love your videos and how much knowledge you have. I was wondering if you could review and investigate the company Lavera. I use: Lavera Firming Night Cream, 50ml. I love it but I'd love your opinion on it too about the ingredients. Thank you 😊
@db-gb5xi
@db-gb5xi 2 жыл бұрын
Not Cassandra but if you copy/paste the ingredients into the incidecoder site search bar, it'll breakdown the ingredients for you. Looking at it, it has a lot of fragrance which doesn't bother everyone but there are a number of them. It also has a vit c derivative that Dr Idriss has said is unstable and a waste of money.

Hey Cassandra I love your videos and thank you for the boost of confidence for my acne prone skin. I just got the dermalogica acne oil can you please tell me should I apply it as a serum or as a oil after my moisturizer. Thanks❤️🦋🦋❤️
@db-gb5xi

Not Cassandra but you can do it either way. The directions say to apply after cleansing but if you are sensitive to retinols, you can apply the moisturizer first, let it dry down a bit and then apply the retinol oil.

Then your skin care bare faced hang outs/rants for years till I fell off watching yt, but now I'm seeing you after like a 4 year break, post glow up and HECKA educated with beautiful glowing skin and it's just so great to see! i bought a clairsonic years ago and ended up never using it. more recently i've pulled it back out to get my money's worth, but i use it maybe once every 1-2 weeks, and i have learned to use an extremely light hand. i like the sensation of it, but i like the sensation of my fingers massaging my skin even more.

When I look back I’m really horrified at what I spent on my Clarisonic Pro. I used it a lot and liked it but I think it was rather gimmicky. I tried to pull mine out again recently but it won’t hold a charge. I guess I have to check eBay.

I really enjoy your videos, The clarisonic does have sonic care. I used my Clarisonic for 20 yrs & I loved it! I now use a sonic brush with a sensitive skin brush by Michael Todd. What I love is the brushes are antibacterial & anti-fungal. My brush is always rinsed & clean. It NEVER looks or looked like Kristen Bell's! I used to wash my Clarisonic brush w/ anti-bacterial soap before using it w/ my hydrating cleanser. There has to be a filter,I agree❣

Hey love! I’ve had acne for about two years, plenty of treatments and nothing worked expect for Odacite! I’ve used sooooo many different products and the only thing I actually saw a great difference in and has maintained is their serums! I use the black cumin-cajeput serum and a few others from them! Do you have any thoughts on them or have you tried them? I actually truly can’t remember how I found them probably thru someone’s KZfaq video!

Mira, I have tried the sativa oils for face (cannalogica makes a great one, though expensive) and my skin soaks it right up. Better than squalene, which is really saying something. It also gets rid of acne redness and soothes my skin after and when using retinol. Please try a cold pressed organic cannabis sativa (hemp) oil and give us your honest experience after some time? I would love to hear your thoughts and actual exp. vs waiting research that IDK who is even doing it or when it will be available. Thanks for always keeping it trill.

I enjoyed this very much Cassandra! You are genuine and truthful and very funny and adorable in your delivery of valuable information about skincare. Can you do a video about Meaningful Beauty? I recently canceled my subscription because I feel like I wasted my money for too many years. I just learned about The Ordinary skincare line from another KZfaq channel called Pretty Over Fifty! I purchased the Buffet Copper Peptides 1%, Retinol 1% in Squalane and the AHA BHA peeling solution that you demonstrated. And I absolutely did a patch test first no problem. I have yet to do a full face treatment on my skin but will soon! And I always follow the directions to a T! I'm so thankful I found your Channel!...🙏❤😁 By the way I agree there had to be a filter on her face...😫

Before I went on accutane, my skin could absolutely handle Clarisonic use 7 days per week WITH a salicylic cleanser and FOLLOWED by a retinoid or "differin". After 3 rounds of accutane, even a mild exfoliant can make me flush for a full day.
