Maybe you should try this with Russia as an end tag. Russia gives 45% ccr with the potential for an additional 10% once you form Rome. With this you could skip forming England and even Prussia, if you can form Rome in time. Until you have the last 10% from Rome, you could focus on the claims you get from Missons, since these are also worth 10%.
