@dukeslaps strikeforces heavyweight division is lookikng pretty good with the likes of fedor, josh barnette, fabricio werdum, alexander overeem among a few others. i think most people dont know mma...they only know the ufc organisation and assume ufc is the best but many of the worlds top mma fighters are from other organisations and in my opinion overeem, fedor and josh barnette are among the best in the world and their also in the top heavyweight mma ratings.

Dunna know where you have read that but now i am going thrue lots of trouble only because after training and always fat is burned only in 2 cases - after long cardio or when it is insuffucient from food you it. It's 10 times easier to burn carbohydrates and then prothein for organism.
