If you love colored pencils, then this project is definitely for you! In this video, you will learn my step-by-step method of drawing a realistic black cat using Fabre-Castell Polychromos. And, I’ve included a trick for the white whiskers, as well as my secret to avoiding smudging once your project is finished (be sure to watch until the end). If you are dying to draw something that will impress your friends, this project won’t disappoint. Don’t have Polychromos? No problem! Prismacolors work well too. Thank you for this tutorial, I needed inspiration for drawing my deceased black cat.. I don't want to completely forget how he looked, and although I have his pictures and videos, It feels like i need to honor his death by drawing him..
