She has psychological problems. Some think that she may act that way because her brother is... well.... I guess you could say "handicapped?" Her brother needs a lot of attention from mom and dad and she felt like she never got that. In cases like those, people will start to act younger in order to get attention from loved ones. If you analyze this show, every character has some issue. I wonder what the message is.......

I love how Beck doesn't question Cat's methods. He just goes with it. Cat grabs his leg, she's just getting his attention. Cat needs controlling, be a bit strict. Cat wants to tell you about her brother, cool. He's like the big brother Cat should've had
