It sounds like you can hear his heartbeat once he is aware of the other cat. Very interesting that situations like this are trivial to us humans due to cats being much smaller and yet from the perspective of a cat this is very tense. I love seeing the world from this point of view.

Top notch video!! IIt's absolutely fascinating to see the world from a cat's perspective. The cat sits low on the ground. What looks like flattened grass to us is more like an obstacle for them. Makes sense that, in their evolution, cats had to develop their other senses and not rely only on their eyes. As one viewer put it before, the encounter becomes quite tense from the cat's angle. Our brave furballs are also a marvel of physical achievements: when they walk, we can barely hear them. Their paws, muscles, everything seems to be built for stealth. This is truly a very exciting way to look at the daily lives of our dearest animal companions. Thx for posting!
