She was waiting for someone to recognize her meowsical genius.

There are a lot of cats that are playing the piano on youtube footage. But this is one of the outstanding footages. The cat playing the piano and the musical performance are synchronizing competently. I respect the person who came up with the idea! The piano style is heartfelt musical performance. It looks like the cat is making sure if the sound is right, watching the conductor at times. It seems like this cat has musical talent in playing the piano, and the cat is genius. This was composed by a Lithuanian composer and orchestra. I found this video few years ago when they had only about 10K views and now they have over 14 million. It's a really beautiful and touching piece. It makes you cry. And for people that say it's a joke, they don't know how to recognize real music. Also, I believe there was a you tube channel or a website for Nora the cat.

This is all so precious. This was literally edited and arranged orchestally together. The whole video was delightful.

It's really quite genuis to have written music around the kitty's piano parts in a way that makes the piece feel and sound so natural. Kudos!

First of all I have to stop laughing... this is beyond phenomenal. I'm a professional musician. This is classical music and this cat is understanding some very important things, like playing a note softly, or doing trills... I'm so blown away by this. This must've been weird for the owner when they discovered that their pet could do this.

The part at [01:45] when the soloist went from Bb to G was simply magnificent

She puts so much emotion into it. I loved the paws in the middle section. Such beauty from Nora's performance. Apparently she trained at the Mancattan School of Music.

What a coincidence this should pop up in my feed, I was only thinking about Nora a couple of days ago and wondering if she was still with us. God bless and wishing her a long and healthy life.

I loved this. Such a solemn, soulful, intriguing piece of music.....just coming straight from the cat's heart. She clearly enjoys the sounds and her piano. Many years ago I had a cat that loved to play the piano.

Tears, real tears mind you, tears of joy, elation and hope. I feel a warmth in my heart I have not felt in ages. The fortitude in this feline is awe inspiring. You cannot deny the emotion that she is expressing through her priceless paws. I am hungry, hungry for more. I shall watch again and again, this I must. Nora, oh precious Nora. It is a delight to hear you play.

The music is touching, the notes played by the cat seems random but is very melodic indeed. The composed concerto for this cat piano is superb. I really like this as I am also a cat lover. 👍

We had a Siamese that used to watch me while I played the piano....then one day he did just as Nora did in the video. It got to the point where he would not let me play. The piano became his possession.

I have a cat who is very responsive to music--but only classical music. If l tune into a musical KZfaq video and she hears it, she runs over to me, starts purring and kneading. She becomes totally engrossed in the music, seemingly unaware of what else is going on in her immediate environment.

Talented kids train and practice for years, never get a concert. Cat plays a few notes, becomes classical genius, love it!!
