Father and son fish for Bass with lures catching James' PB bass and then fish for Squid, Cuttlefish and Octopus. We have incredible underwater footage of Cuttlefish behaviour. Cuttlefish habitat, different colour displays and Cuttlefish attacking lures underwater. Truly amazing footage!!! And some bass for tea.

The cuttlefish cam was so fascinating. Their colour changes are so interesting. And James was an absolute star. First fish of the day, his first cuttlefish, and a great bass. He is turning into a real pro with an awesome teacher 😃

Unfortunately I missed some videos because I was in the hospital for a few weeks. The chemo weakened me extremely, but now things are looking up again and I'm treating myself to your videos one after the other. Kind regards from Germany to you and your family.

This is actually a comment on the mussel forage video, ( there was no comment section on that video) I really like when you carry your bounty to Jim and you guys cook little feasts and then sit down and chow down. I'm jealous of all the fresh seafood you enjoy but I can get a sense of how good it is as you eat it so thanks for that too. My only fresh gathered seafood is Signal crawfish, which is a major event at our house. Couple three times a summer we go to a lake near here and catch several hundred and have a poker game with a crawfish, mussel , shrimp boil and eat ourselves into a coma. If there's any left over I make seafood omelets the next morning. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. You and Smash fishing are my two favorite KZfaqrs so keep putting them out there and I'll keep watching and drooling.

Did you steal that underwater cuttlefish footage from planet earth haha amazing! Brilliant seeing the behavior of fish. James almost put you into retirement b4 you caught the big bass plenty fish for the freezer another good video cheers

I love seeing footage of the seabed, as a kid at the beach i used most of the time underwater with goggles on just watching, absolutely brilliant, crackin session and another great video mate., see you in the next one John 👍🎣

I've watched a few of your videos. The big attraction to me is not so much the fishing but the wealth of marine knowledge you share so absorbing. Of course, having James along makes me nostalgic for the time my sons were of that age. Thinking back, having a boy like that justifies a belief in magic the magic of sharing experience and knowledge which is unobtainable elsewhere. James is a bright lad who is picking his dad's knowledge up like a vacuum cleaner. You never know, he may grow up to be a marine biologist.
