Shadow gives a attack boost so technically it was around 125% ivs but he lowered it to 100, shadow 98 is alot better than purified hundo

Rotom is an ultra rare pokemon like Smeargle. Even I don't have it. Plus It is impossible to believe Sierra and Arlo have Zapdos and Moltres?! One more bad thing is that I started playing after Pokemon go Kanto tour, so missed upon the chance to catch the legendary birds.
