Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet are 2022 role-playing video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo Switch. They are the first instalments in the ninth generation of the Pokémon video game series. First announced in February 2022, they were released on 18 November 2022.
Unlike the previous installments in the Pokémon franchise, Scarlet and Violet take place in an open world. The games take place in the Paldea region, based on the Iberian Peninsula. There are three separate stories the player can follow. Scarlet and Violet introduce 110 new Pokémon, alongside two new regional forms. Also introduced are time-displaced creatures known as Paradox Pokémon, and the Terastal phenomenon, which allows a Pokémon to transform into its exclusive "Tera Type". The games maintain features from previous modern Pokémon games, including large open areas and Pokémon appearing in the overworld.
Scarlet and Violet received mixed reviews from critics. The games were praised for their open-world formula and story, while their graphics and technical problems at launch received criticism. The games sold over 10 million copies in their first three days, making them Nintendo's biggest launch of all time. By the end of 2022, they sold over 20 million copies combined, making them the fourth best-selling Pokémon games of all time, behind Pokemon Gold and Silver by 3 million copies sold.

Ah yes, a new pokemon that uses Dragon Dance as a way to attract a mate. The Dragon Dances that it does increase its power greatly. It is easily irritable, and will chase you if you mess with it. It’s is a Lightning Dragon type pokemon. Help me with a name for it

Kind of wish it ended with Floragato on the ground in the peter griffin or yamcha death pose after the scream, and toothless just back to dancing on the body. Double meme. Still good though. Why? Don't tell me you are one of those nuts that think it's a bad thing. If you claim it's ripping off Pokemon then do I need to remind you that pokemon ripped off the Digimon digital evolution system which is what the mega evolution are? You need a device to mega Evo, then you need an item to cause the Evo, then the pokemon changes back to it's original state before the mega evolution happens. Palworld is it's own game with monsters that look similar to pokemon. Something else to remember, Digimon has gear monsters before Pokemon did so one could argue pokemon stole from Digimon again. So why attack the game? For the record I don't own the game.

You should probably just say "on pal world" instead of dunking on it. Dunking on something is negative. Pal world is a great game after all. You can catch people! I named mine Steve. He makes my Pal speres.
