Commenting from 🇳🇬 I have encountered this nozzles over here with same problems diluting diesel with oil, will replacing the Orings and shims stop this, and how much for the tools or for me to come over for a course?

bad orings can cause oil/fuel mixing, so replacing them is a good practice. Please contact us by mail at sales@redat.com for all commercial enquiries.

We cannot advise on engine troubleshooting as we only focus on the repairing of injectors themselves. Please pay special attention to the orings, and that they slide in without getting pinched, tretched or damaged during installation. Damaged orings may cause the problem you described.

Causes may vary, but the most common is a failure of the oring seals that separate the oil and fuel paths between injector and chamber wall, this can be due to wear, or to incorrect installation (like deforming them when mounting, or pinching them when inserting the injector in the engine).
