I like your channel because you are a working man who isn't trying to impress with all kinds of fluff that doesn't have much if anything to do with the task at hand. You get the work done.

Oh my ! Is this all that's left of a magnificent D400D ? 30 yrs ago (!) it was one of my favorite CAT articulated Dump truck on the construction sites, and I even built one scale model for my 2 sons when they were kids, with many other tiny Caterpillar replicas ! Rock on !!

What a monumental struggle. You'd think the engineers would do a better job allowing easier maintenance but....that's a problem in so many products both large and small. Thank goodness for the antisieze!

I was bitten by a brown recluse and spent 10 days in ICU with a major staff infection, necrosis, three mini strokes and amnesia. I had to have surgery to remove necrotic tissue and I had amnesia for two months and was released by my employer because they said they could not keep my job open for two months even though a week before the incident I was given a promotion and told I was the best service tech they had ever had. They fought the $50,000 hospital bill and I had to force them to pay with an attorney! Life of the working man LOL!

Was it a brown recluse bite or a staph infection because they are two different things that may appear similar. A brown recluse bite does not cause a staph infection or turn into a staph infection.

Businesses are doomed to fail, without good people who can work with each other. So many times, the tools, the jobs, the materials - are all in place, and the whole thing crashes and burns because of one hostile, contrary MF'er. Glad to see there are some guys who get along, and get a tough job done.

When you see how it was situated inside all the other parts, just think of the person or persons that had to design it to make it initially. Didn't happen over night that's for sure...

I think if you put a come along or chain block on the single leg you could of manipulated it out but it was entertaining anyway

I think yous could have got it out without cutting the frame only because they are not going to cut the frame to put it in. However, since you’re a salvage business, that’s what I would have done too. Big difference in salvaging a part and remove, repair, replace.

Because if i wash parts that are open to the elements and they get water in them, three months later they are internally rusted junk.
