Every picture... literally EVERY picture this guy received from her was her in some LAVISH hotel, or in a lavish mansion, or posing with expensive cars, etc... Yet... she lives in this tiny town in the middle of nowhere, with no people in it, and no jobs available. And literally EVERY SINGLE picture looked like it was a model shot taken by a professional photographer, and looks like she's literally hanging out in the most expensive areas of L.A. Yet... she's poor, and doesn't have enough money to feed herself, etc... How many times have we seen this exact thing, this exact contradiction, and none of this raises a red flag in this guy????

This !! 💯! In almost every single photo shot she sent him, the setting or room she was in was so super luxurious and glamorous! Huge wide screen television on the wall, clearly expensive white designer looking furniture and bespoke luxurious decor etc. She is taking these photos from assumingly her ‘home’ and yet she is so broke she can’t afford a loaf of bread to feed herself. Yeah ok, something is amiss and the math ain’t mathing!

Normal women (and the sugar babies he is interested in) are rarely attracted to guys wondering if they will being able to afford to eat. They most definitely deal with low self esteem - which leads to poor judgement. Though sometimes with the older victims, I think they are just the most vulnerable, especially if they are grieving. It is 100% heartbreaking.

They have to willfully overlook so many red flags, it all becomes an exercise in self flattery. The biggest tipoff was his answer when they asked what he loved about his catfish. His first and instinctual response is that "he and her don't argue". He has a very disconnected view on how relationships work, judging them by a lack of conflict first rather than an emotional connection. It's also clear that there's no real emotional attachment to any of the scammers he was talking to, just from how many he was talking to and how nonchalantly he took the news near the end. "Fair enough."
