They are clearly working together. He stunted her growth with his horrible reputation so they "split up" so she could finally have her own brand which is "love, peace, spirituality", etc. which seemed hypocritical to most if she was dating an egocentric scammer and joining in the lies and scams. Meanwhile, he is giving people everything they have always hated him for (lying, dramatizing, playing the victim, contradicting himself) but amplified and without even trying to make it believable. He knows we don't believe him, but he also knows bad publicity is what gives him views, comments, and notoriety. They are both doing exactly the thing that will get them the most views and get the public engaging with their content. He has become even more cringe and dislikeable, while she "left" him because her fans were constantly commenting that she should. Before this, they were finally dying down since no one cared about their curated lies anymore.

That's my guess, too. As soon as everyone starts ignoring the split, we're gonna get a new update about them being back together. I think they're gonna go the toxic route (blueface and chrisean) and try to milk that as long as they can. I think they're building up to show a "healing journey." Followed by more crazy antics more break ups, etc, they're definitely trying to get people hooked into their relationship again. The most attention I give them is from this channel, but it seems pretty obvious that nothing they're putting out is genuine. It seems very staged and attention seeking while also giving one of them leverage so they still have positive audience support. While the other person gets the negative engagement. Let's be honest it doesn't matter if they're negative or positive comments/views/likes. As long as people are viewing their content, they're winning.

This is the part of building a plot and building characters where they humanize Catherine and get people back on her side. They can portray her as "the truth teller" shift blame for lying and scams on Austin, then they'll begin to humanize him with "this spiral." He'll have a "come to Jesus" moment where he realizes all the mistakes he's made, gain sympathy so that when he finishes out his story line of "winning her back" b/c she was the good and the truth that they should've listened to b4, he's redeemed & forgiven. Then by the end they have people rooting for the both of them. Both re-humanized and fan base prepped to continue scamming. This is my theory. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

I was 50/50 on the divorce, and I only get my news on them from drama channels and the like so I don’t have all the info, but I’m actually leaning more towards it being real or at minimum an actual separation to see if they want to pursue divorce. Austin seems like he can’t take anything in life seriously and I 100% believe he’s pretty much making skits. I don’t think Catherine is overall a good person with good intentions but someone needs to be a real adult for those kids and I hope she actually removes herself and the kids from him as much she can. She only knows a life lived online so I don’t think it’s weird she’s continuing her online presence but only one of them has pretty much jumped the shark in terms of content. I’m starting to get the vibe that it might not *all* be for show and one of them seems to be trying to be a little more real.

That lie detector guy has already been proven to accept money to change the results.. he has been around since the '80s every single '90s to 2000s TV show he was the one doing the tests in them but now that no one takes those tests seriously he'll give you whatever result you want as long as he gets paid lmaoo
