Mary also appeared to several Muslims in Egypt for several days atop a Coptic Christian Church and what I heard was a lot of them converted to the Christian faith ✝️

Amazing work. The theology lesson about the Eucharist and our Lord becoming our food instead of us feeding our own to the gods is something that I never thought of before. Great stuff.

Got a couple of questions and I need to visit a Catholic Church. Is one of the priest out of Cincinnati because I live about 25 minutes away? The other is more on Mortal Sin. I pretty much know when I’m sinning or sinned. So are they all mortal? Again part of this is on me. Well all of it. I can visit a Catholic Church easily.

For mortal sin. One of the requirements is that it has to be grave in nature. You also have to know that you are committing a mortal sin while you are doing it.
@JWellsUp

Look at the 7 capital sins & the 10 commandments. If your sins line up with any of the 7 or break any of the 10 then it is a mortal sin. That’s how I keep my self in check. Any thing else is a venial sin.

Catholics don’t worship Mary. Protestants just venerate God, they don’t worship Him. So to them, Catholic veneration of Mary (or saints) is on the same level as their veneration of God. There isn’t perfect worship without the perfect sacrifice.

feel prayers needed so that we only have work against humans and not demons...lighten load please. Each day for those tired of past 20 yrs of war...means that for us in middle age, we are closer to mortal end & reward of heaven at day's end...as a believer. Daily fight against anorexia & making events life ending, are similar to when Holy Rosary reinstituted during Middle Ages...against religious order outside the Church that advocated self inflicted death as virtue.

Catherine, every day is a blessing from God - are you struggling with annorexia and self- destruction? I am so sorry, if so, and i will pray you… please remember that your guardian angel wishes to bring you closer to God - and is your protector, and also the archangel Michael, who is powerful against evil, and will come to your aid, as he did to me and my daughter when we were in need. God bless you. 🙏

"Catholicism" carries all of the relics, symbols, and metaphors for the ancient sun religion that's been practiced on the planet for millennia. I'd love someone to explain to me how you get anything else out of that. Yeshua had nothing to do with "christianity", he warned his disciples "my teachings will become distorted to form a worldwide religious cult which will shed more blood than all the vessels in the world could hold". I'm wondering, again, how you get anything different out of that.

4:00 what about Sons of God, daughter of man and Nephilim?
@JWellsUp
@JWellsUp 2 ай бұрын
Here is a Catholics view on Genesis 6 The Church has no official teaching on this passage, although some ancient writers have speculated that the “sons of God” may have been fallen angels, given that Nephilim, a Hebrew word often rendered as “giants,” may also mean “fallen ones.” However, given that angels do not have bodies, which are needed for the procreation of human children-barring a miracle-and given that in heaven human beings live like angels and thus do not get married (Matt. 22:30), the identity of the “sons of God” points to mere humans. The early Church Fathers generally understood the “sons of God” to be the offspring of Seth, the righteous son of Adam, whereas “daughters of men” are understood be the offspring of Cain, the immoral son of Adam. Thus, “fallen ones” could be understood as the fruit of succumbing to the corrupt Cainite culture. n his book A Father Who Keeps His Promises, Scott Hahn elaborates further on the general position of the Fathers: When people began to multiply on the face of the earth, “the sons of God,” that is, the Sethite men, were seduced by the beauty of “the daughters of men,” that is, the Cainite women. The beauty of the wicked proved stronger than the resolve of the righteous. Sethite men found a new forbidden fruit, the beautiful but ungodly Cainite women, to be irresistible. And they didn’t just marry them; “they married as they chose,” which might imply that, along with mixed marriages, polygamy had now also entered into the line of Seth, the covenant family of God. Thus, violent men were born. When left unchecked, sin becomes institutionalized. In every age of salvation history, sexual immorality and violence go hand in hand, triggering the hard remedy of God’s judgment in the form of the covenant curses. And nothing institutionalizes sin more than marital infidelity. The whole culture gets clobbered, especially the children. And afterward only a remnant survives, barely. Hahn adds that Nephilim can also be translated as “tyrants,” violent men who want to make a name for themselves and will do whatever it takes to achieve it. Also..take into consideration that God never mentioned on his list of who and what he will destroy, Sons of God or Nephilim but only human beings and also the animals the crawling things and the birds of the air, for God regret making them.

Someone wrote that the EUCARIST is symbolic in the Lord's Supper. He wrote also “Eucharist is pagan tradition incorporated into the ways of man-made traditional Christianity.” But that is FALSE !! Please mind about this : Never in the pagan world NO pagan priest has said while a worship to gods : this the body of a pagan god and this is the blood of a pagan god given for “your salvation”. Please be serious. The EUCARIST is teached by JESUS himself and it is not an human invention.

@@jofjofjof the only explanation I can give you is that there were short people and then there were very tall people. Obviously,duh,right! But remember Numbers 13:25-33 They returned from reconnoitering the land forty days later. 26 d Proceeding directly to Moses and Aaron and the whole community of the Israelites in the wilderness of Paran at Kadesh, they made a report to them and to the whole community, showing them the fruit of the land. 27 They told Moses: “We came to the land to which you sent us. It does indeed flow with milk and honey, and here is its fruit. 28 However, the people who are living in the land are powerful, and the towns are fortified and very large.e Besides, we saw descendants of the Anakim there. 29 Amalekites live in the region of the Negeb; Hittites, Jebusites and Amorites dwell in the highlands, and Canaanites along the sea and the banks of the Jordan.” 30 Caleb, however, quieted the people before Moses and said, “We ought to go up and seize the land, for we can certainly prevail over it.” 31 But the men who had gone up with him said, “We cannot attack these people; they are too strong for us.” 32 They spread discouraging reportsf among the Israelites about the land they had reconnoitered, saying, “The land that we went through and reconnoitered is a land that consumes its inhabitants. And all the people we saw there are huge. 33 g There we saw the Nephilim* (the Anakim are from the Nephilim); in our own eyes we seemed like mere grasshoppers, and so we must have seemed to them.”
