Before I became Catholic and learned to love Jesus, well, I didn’t like the NAME of Jesus and here is why. The name Jesus seemed to weaken strong people, but when I found out what the MEANING of the NAME JESUS-GOD SAVES-I loved Him instinctually more.

Because their wicked deeds are exposed and they don’t want to admit to the fact that they are wrong and need to change their ways.

God was so full of love He had to share this love with us. The only thing He ask is for us to love Him in return. How can we make something so simple, so difficult? Thank you for these daily reminders.

...i have this one cherry-apple tree; it makes tiny apples the size of cherries that, no matter how long they stay on the branch, they're NEVER tasty! (Trying to sauce them would be a waste of effort & sugar.) Last year, which (was huge for me in many ways), a GREEN apple appeared on the branch. It was the size of a small granny smith, and had NO BUSINESS growing on that branch. While i plucked it, ...the entire setup was all too Snow White-y for me AND OBVIOUSLY reminiscent of the Fall (and i aint talkin' about the leaf-peeper season)... so i just put it in my windowsill for decor & let it wrinkle ^__^ then i discarded it (either in the trash or outside, can't remember) ... *just b'cuz/ just 2b safe* 😅😅

The fruit was a book. The moment they grabbed the book all knowledge of the fallen angels automatically downloaded into the heart of Adam and Eve. Their innocence was shattered and viewed everything in a perverse way rather than with child like innocence. That is why God says, Then the LORD God said: See! Now, what if he also reaches out his hand to take fruit from the tree of life, and eats of it and lives forever?j This is the Bible and the Eucharist. It has to do with two books . The forbidden book of death and the Bible,book of life.

You cannot blame GOd for the sin of man.

Why people are angry with Jesus? Because it is connected to the way certain people educated many of us. When teachers and parents have said that whatever we do we are sinners and we must repent and even when life sucks they continue to say we should be grateful to God otherwise we will burn in hell for Eternity, if we were to dare to think otherwise. At that point these teachers will go on to say that Jesus died for our sins and that essentially it is our fault and that we must feel guilty for this. We must also pick up our cross and accept to be crucified because this life is not Heaven, it is accepting being slaves and working our ass off and reproducing. Then dying and then waiting for God’s judgement. That is human life. I don’t know if this resonates with you, whoever you may be reading this but that’s the way I was educated and just thinking of a Church gives me a nasty feeling. The same is true when I think of the Priests that educated me, in particular of one that was convicted for serial molestation of minors, although he didn’t quite make it with me. I know all priests are not that way and there are good men among them. Yet I feel at peace with God and understand now that Jesus’s message was of Love not all the guilt tripping manipulation my Catholic teachers wanted to inflict on me.
