In 1974, I was 20, and worked for Keen Industries on the railway extension to Dease Lake. As the film says we were put up at the Fort Nelson Hotel, which Keen owned, and next day flew out on a DC 3 that he owned. We landed at a bush strip and then a work bus took us to Stikine Camp at Conglomerate Creek on the Little Klappan River. We worked 7/12s. I loved the area and want to go back for a visit.

I never meet him and spent only one night at the hotel before flying out the next morning.

i worked for bob keen and lived in fort nelson on keens ranch at mile 304 . i had the best time of my life ! i was 20 years old then god bless bob.
