Cauliflower and potato pan is a real classic that I show you in this video in a really delicious version. Aromatic fried cauliflower meets tender potato pieces and becomes a real treat with a pinch of herbs and paprika.
In the usual step-by-step instructions you will find out how to make it all work:
Ingredients for the cauliflower and potato pan:
600 g potatoes, preferably waxy
1 piece of cauliflower (I used 1200 g)
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp herbs of your choice (herbs de Provence, Italian mix or similar)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika, sweet or hot or smoked
Preparation:
1. Wash and cook the potatoes, put them in cold water and cover and cook for around 15 minutes, depending on their size.
2. Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets.
3. Fry the cauliflower in oil for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the potatoes and fry for about 7 - 10 minutes.
5. Season with herbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
The delicious cauliflower potato pan is ready!

Whether as a hearty main course or as a side dish - this pan recipe is extremely versatile. It is particularly tasty with a crisp salad or a slice of bread. And the leftovers are great for warming up or for meal prep over the next few days.
