In this video, I'll show you how to make delicious cauliflower steaks that are incredibly flavourful. These cauliflower steaks are a great vegetarian option that even meat-eaters will love.

RECIPE
Ingredients
For 2 small cauliflower steaks
1 small cauliflower
For the marinate:
1/8 cup (30 ml) olive oil
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp granulated onion
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried parsley
Salt, pepper to taste
1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
About 1/4 cup mozzarella, grated
Extra grated Parmesan, for sprinkling
Instructions
Wash the cauliflower and remove any green leaves. Trim the stem end so the cauliflower can sit flat on a cutting board.
Using a sharp knife, cut the cauliflower into thick slices to create the "steaks". You should be able to get 2 cauliflower steaks from one small head.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, granulated garlic, granulated onion, paprika, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan. Mix well to create the marinade.
Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides of the steaks with the marinade mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Bake the cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven to 180°C. about 20 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower steaks from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella and additional grated parmesan over the top for extra flavour.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
RECEPTAS - Žiedinių kopūstų kepsniai
Ingredientai
2 mažiems kepsniams
1 mažas žiedinis kopūstas
Marinatui:
1/8 puodelio (30 ml) alyvuogių aliejaus
1/4 šaukštelio česnako granulių
1/4 šaukštelio svogūno granulių
1/4 šaukštelio maltos paprikos
1/4 šaukštelio džiovintų petražolių
Druskos, pipirų pagal skonį
1 šaukštas parmezano, tarkuoto
Apie 1/2 puodelio mocarelos, tarkuotos
Apie 1/4 puodelio parmezano, tarkuoto
Gaminimo eiga
Žiedinį kopūstą nuplaukite, nuimkite lapus, nupjaukite stiebą.
Supjaustykite kopūstą į 'kepsnius' (kaip tai padaryti, galite pažiūrėti mano video). Iš mažo žiedinio kopūsto turėtų išeiti 2 kepsniai.
Dubenyje sumaišykite alyvuogių aliejų, česnako, svogūno granules, maltą papriką, druską, pipirus, parmezaną.
Kepsnius sudėkite ant skardos ištiestos kepimo popieriumi. Žiedinius kopūstus padenkite marinatu iš abiejų pusių.
Kepkite 20 minučių 180 laipsnių orkaitėje.
Išimkite kepsnius iš orkaitės, užbarstykite mocarelos ir parmesano.
Grąžinkite į orkaitę dar 10-15 minučių, arba kol sūris ištirps.
