Cauliflower steak in the oven! Very tasty and easy!

cauliflower
olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Sweet peppers
Dry garlic
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at 180°C for another 10 minutes.

I love coliflower so I have to make it!!! Something good about this recipe is that you can use any sauce you like, if someone likes pesto or Alfredo, lots of options. Maybe some toppings like sauteed onions or green olives. The combinations are never ending

Ich schneide den Strunk nicht zu kurz, dann zerbröseln nur die äußeren Scheiben manchmal. Aus dem mittleren Teil bekommt man aber schöne Scheiben raus.

Would be very tasty starter with bacon 🥓 on top…or different take on the side of cauliflower cheese with any joint of meat.
