How do I gain a better mental going into my matches I’ve been on an awful loosing streak ever since I hit varsity and I recently got pinned in under 30 seconds in my most recent match. I’m 165 and this is my first 5 months of wrestling.I’ve recently started watching you in order to get better so I thought I might ask what are some personal tips or even advice u may have to get me out this funk

Hey Cayden, I just finished my season 4-13. I want to continue but there is somebody in my weight class that is about to qualify for states. I know I won't be able to pass him so should I move weight classes. (My school is small and there is an opening 3 weight classes above me that I can make if I bulk this offseason) my coach says I should grow into the weight class but I don't know if that's in my best interest.
