The ref is Scott Braun. 3x All-American in college I believe. He helped in the West Fargo wrestling room from time to time when I was in high school. Guy's a beast!

Cayden man I want to thank you so much you motivate me so much with your unique skills and moves I had a tourniment last Sunday and before I was on a losing streak and when I came in I thought I was going to lose first match and 5 hours later I got 2nd place in the tournament and no matter what we thank god for this moment

Thank you for the speech about negativity in wrestling. I haven't seen much of that this winter here in Central New York, in high school or college. I go to mostly Cornell and SUNY Cortland matches, maybe those coaches have kept out the issues.

So at my high school, one of the kids on my wrestling team just won state here in Alaska, and now is going to wrestle at South Dakota University. His names Kenton Cooke, and he went undefeated last season. Also funny to see you wrestling a dude from wasilla
