Nice job, 'castellated nuts', who would have thought. That lift is so neat, when I think of all the hours I was crouched over, kneeling down and spending many uncomfortable hours in my parents garage on a dirt floor. Looking at the scuff marks on the engine covers, the bike has been dropped. Do you know if the engine runs? Full tear down, or clean and tune?

Yes, I have had it running. I can't remember if I did it on video. I have 2 of these 400s and it's remembering which one I did what to on video.

That is a clean looking bike. Did you buy it that way or did you the hours cleaning it? Buying, fixing, resales is a great gig. You make the majority of your money when you buy them. Great video, nice tan.

I bought the bike as an unfinished project. I am pleased I have begun stripping it down as it was not anywhere near ready to put on the road. I hope you are enjoying the series.

You need to invest in some pneumatic tools to help youget those tough bolts off. That was a really complicated setup. Do you ever have to go back and watch your video to remember how it goes back together? Love your channel.

I’d say stripping the bike is as much a piece of mind requirement as it is necessity with an assembled? bike. Never assume anything 👍
