Looks like fun but in Australia if worksafe saw that on a job/worksite they would shut the job done until it was conducted in a safe manner they were happy with.

Lake Geneva is a gem. Teardowns start at 5M and houses go to 50M. There's a giant French Versailles looking house on that lake.
